Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty, starting from the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship.

During this period, and following a technical evaluation, Emiliana Jewels may provide:

  • Necessary repairs

  • Ring sizing or size adjustments, provided no additional material is required and subject to technical feasibility

  • Professional cleaning and polishing

If the piece cannot be repaired under warranty conditions, it may be replaced with an identical or comparable piece of equal value.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, drops, or impact
  • Exposure to chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, or chlorine
  • Jewelry that has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party

Even after the warranty period, Emiliana Jewels offers ongoing support for maintenance, resizing, and care guidance, subject to technical evaluation.
