Emiliana Jewels is a 100% online brand and does not operate a physical retail store. By appointment only, we also welcome clients at our showroom in Americana, Brazil.
Is shipping charged?
No. Shipping is complimentary throughout Brazil.

How is shipping handled? Is it secure?
Orders within Brazil are shipped via Correios.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time and a tracking number to follow your shipment. Shipping is fully secure. Emiliana Jewels remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to you.
Do you ship internationally?

What payment methods are available?

- Credit card: up to 10 interest-free installments (Brazil only).
- Pix payment: 10% discount for one-time payment (Brazil only).

The average production time is 20 to 30 business days, starting from order confirmation.
