Exchanges & Returns

Returns: up to 7 calendar days after receipt (except for customized items).

Exchanges: up to 30 calendar days for size adjustments or exchanges for another model.

The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the certificate.

Personalized items can only be exchanged in case of manufacturing defects.

The shipping costs for the first exchange are the responsibility of Emiliana Jewels.
